All nannies attend an interview at our offices so we can find out exactly what they are looking for. We personally check their career history and speak with all previous employers. We check three forms of identification & make sure they hold a current Criminal Record Bureau Check & first aid certificate.
Not every nanny we interview is taken onto our books and our philosophy has always been ' if we wouldn't feel comfortable leaving the nanny with our children we certainly wouldn't allow the nanny to work for any of our clients'.
