Kent Nannies provide a safe, exciting, stimulating environment for young children on your special day, keeping the children occupied while you relax and enjoy.
We offer a flexible approach to looking after your little guests, so if you have any special requests, we will be more than happy to help
We have a very strict code of practice and will always keep to the strict guidelines of adult to child ratios set out by Ofsted.
- Under 2 years - 1 adult to 3 children
- Aged 2 years - 1 adult to 4 children
- Aged 3-7 years - 1 adult to 8 children
We are happy to cater for any amount and any age of children as long as we know the numbers in advance. From experience, we do know that children aged 12 and over are generally not too keen to stay in the crèche and alternative arrangements should be made for them.
We provide:
- Playstation & games for the older children
- All toys, games & craft materials
- A large selection of books for all ages
- DVD player (television will need to be booked at venue)
- A selection of age appropriate DVD’s
- Outside games including football, rounders, 6 foot parachute, table tennis, badminton, tennis & cricket.
- Music
We are happy to provide party food and drink. A charge will be made per child. Please enquire about this service when booking. We will ask you or the venue to provide tables, chairs & some soft drinks for the children.
Evening Nanny Service
Kent Nannies are happy to provide an evening nanny service so your younger guests can sleep peacefully as your guests continue partying into the early hours!
The nanny can look after the children, in either the guests bedrooms (if the event is being held in a hotel), nearby accommodation (if the guests live nearby) or in the area where the crèche was held (if appropriate).
Only siblings will be looked after per nanny although more children can be looked after by prior arrangement and charges are negotiable. Nannies are happy to work into the early hours of the morning although the hourly rate will change after 12pm.
We ask if the parents of the children can provide travel cots/pushchairs and bedding so your little guests can feel as safe and comfortable as possible. If they could also provide a familiar toy or comforter for them, this will help the child feel secure. A change of clothes will also be needed.
We would like to ask that if the child wakes or is distressed, that the parents could come and settle the child.
